NextivaONE - Headset Compatibility

The following brands can control calls within NextivaONE.  Additional brands and functions are being worked on.  If there is a brand of headset you want to be able to control in NextivaONE, use the customer feedback tool to request it.

Poly/Plantronics Special Instructions

After installing the Plantronics Hub software, ensure that the software is running and recognizes your headset before launching NextivaONE.

If NextivaONE is already running, you will need to restart NextivaONE after the Plantronics Hub software recognizes the headset.
