NextivaONE - Integrations

Integrations for NextivaONE can be managed through the integrations button on the right-hand side of the application.
 

Accessing Integrations

To access and control all integrations, click the Integrations button on the right-hand side of the window.



The integrations landing page shows all the accounts NextivaONE can connect with.

Adding New Integrations

To add a new integration:
 

1. Ensure the Available integrations tab is selected.
   
   
    
   1. If desired, select the type of service you are looking to connect using the buttons in the upper-middle portion of the page.
      
      
       
2. Hover over the service to integrate and click Connect.
   
   
    
3. Click Next.
   
   
    
4. In the pop-up window click Import contacts.
   
   
    
5. Click the Sign in button to sign into your account.
   
   
    
6. Enter your account username and password.
    
7. Give NextivaONE access to your account information.
   
   
    
8. NextivaONE will begin to sync calendar and contact information.
    

Disconnecting Integrations

To disconnect an account from integrating with NextivaONE follow the following steps:
 

1. Select the Connected Accounts tab if not already on it.
   
   
    
2. Locate the integration you want to disconnect from.
    
   1. If desired, select the type of service you are looking to connect using the buttons in the upper-middle portion of the page.
       
3. Click the Disconnect button on the service you wish to disconnect from.
   
   
    
4. Choose if you wish to keep the imported contacts or delete contacts that are still private, business contacts will remain.
   
   
    
5. Click Disconnect to disconnect the connected accounts.
   
   
    
6. The account will be disconnected from NextivaONE
