NextivaONE Mobile - Notifications
Notification badges appear in the mobile version of NextivaONE for missed calls, new voicemail, and unread messages. These appear as a small red circle next to the appropriate tab at the bottom of the NexitvaONE app. The number inside the circle indicates the number of items that need your attention.
Clearing Notifications
You can either individually view each missed call, voicemail, and unread message or you can bulk edit them. To mark bulk edit:
- Tap the Edit button in the upper right-hand corner of the app.
- Check the boxes of the items to change
- Tap on the appropriate icon to mark as read, unread, or delete.
NOTE: Deleting something will clear it on the desktop app too and cannot be undone. - Tap Done to go back to the main view.
Missed Calls and Voicemail
Missed calls and new voicemail are treated as separate entities by the mobile version of NextivaONE. You can get the app to show only missed calls or Voicemail by selecting the correct tab at the top of the calls section.
By tapping on Missed or Voicemail the app will display only missed calls or voicemail. Blue text indicates a new missed call or voicemail.
Tapping on the missed call will pull up the details of the call and clear the notification for that specific call.
The voicemail notification can be cleared by listening to it. More information about reviewing voicemail can be found in the article NextivaONE Mobile - Voicemail and Voicemail Transcription
Messages
Currently, there is no way to filter unread messages in the mobile version of NextivaONE. Within the messages tab, blue text on the message indicates a new message.
To clear the notification for that message, tap on the message to open it.
