Why don't I see the messages tab?

Ensure that SMS is enabled on the user.  NOTE: Essential licenses do not include SMS.

Why can't I chat with my teammates with the NextivaONE mobile app?

Currently, the NextivaONE mobile app does not support internal chat the way the desktop version does. However, if SMS is enabled on each user, they can send SMS messages back and forth as a workaround for chat.

Outbound SMS messages from the NextivaONE desktop or web version do not sync in real-time with the mobile, why?

The mobile app currently does not do a real-time sync of messages; pull to refresh messages.

Why am I seeing duplicate notifications on my iPhone app?

Due to Apple not processing all silent notifications for NextivaONE, we had to switch to non-silent notifications. As a result, some notifications may be duplicated.

I removed contacts on the desktop app, why are they still on the mobile app?

Contacts are stored locally on the mobile version. Every 5 minutes the mobile app refreshes contact data, making changes to any updated or new contacts created outside the mobile app experience. To do a full resync of the data and remove any contacts deleted on the desktop version of NextivaONE, you will need to pull to refresh the contacts page. This will perform a full resync, deleting, adding, and updating any of the contacts on the mobile app.
