Define Administrator Permissions

The system-built first user is also an administrator of the account with full administrative permissions.  Everyone after this is created either as a user or as an administrator.  Administrators can manage account settings, but cannot make or receive phone calls.  Users can make and receive calls, but cannot access account settings.

An administrator's permissions regarding NextOS and Analytics can be manipulated in the Manage Administrators section of the NextOS Voice Admin Portal.

Permissions allow you to give administrators access to specific administrative rights. You can establish what permissions the administrator has.

  1. Log in to the voice portal as an administrator.

  2. Hover over users at the top of the page.

  3. Select Manage Administrators.
