Making a Payment

Nextiva will automatically charge the credit card on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, if you wish to pay early or apply a payment toward credit usage, you can do so through the portal.

Make a Payment

1. Log in to the NextOS portal as an administrator with billing access.
    
2. Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and click on My Account.
   
   
    
3. Click the Billing link on the left-hand side of the screen.
    
4. Scroll down and click the Pay button on the right-hand side of the screen.
   
   
    
5. To pay the full monthly bill, click the Continue button under the Subscription fee payment section at the top of the page.
   
   
    
6. To pay against credit use, select Pay off entire credit balance, or choose an amount from the drop-down menu.
