Selective Call Acceptance
The steps below walk through how to configure this for direct calls to a user. To configure this feature for call groups, please contact Nextiva Support.
- Log in to the voice portal as an administrator.
- Navigate to the user by hovering over Users at the top center of the page and select Manage Users.
- Click on the name of the user you want to set selective Acceptance on.
- Expand the Routing section and click on Selective Call Acceptance.
- To create a new rule click the plus (+) button on the right-hand side.
- Enter a Description for the rule and set a schedule if the customer wants one
- Set the type of rule this will be
- Any Phone Number - Allow all calls coming in
- Following Phone Numbers - Set a custom list of numbers to allow calls from
- Any Private Number - Allow private numbers to call in
- Any Unavailable Number - Allow unavailable numbers to call in
- Add specific numbers to a rule. Use the plus (+) button to add additional numbers with a maximum of 12 per rule.
- Any Private Number - Allow private numbers to call in
- Any Phone Number - Allow all calls coming in
- Click Save Criteria.
