Speed Dial 100

Speed Dial 100 allows for a user to call a phone number by pressing # then a 2-digit number. Up to 100 different speed dial codes can be configured using a code range of 00 - 99.

This feature is unique to each user, configuring it on one user, will NOT configure it on every user.
There are a few feature access codes that can conflict with speed dial 100.  Here is a list of numbers to avoid when setting up Speed Dial 100:

Setup

To prevent issues with feature access codes, you will NOT be able to configure speed dial 100 from the options listed above.

 

If you would rather not use the platform to configure, you can also configure Speed Dial 100 from a device.
 

  1. Log in to the voice portal as an administrator.
     
  2. From the top of the page, hover over Users and click Manage Users.
     
  3. Click on the user to modify.
     
  4. Scroll down and select the Call Routing section.
     
  5. Click on Speed Dial.
     
  6. Click the (plus) button.

  7. Fill out the information for the speed dial.
     
    1. Option: The two-digit code to dial
       
    2. Name: A name or description of the speed dial
       
    3. Phone Number: The 10-digit phone number or internal extension to dial.
       
  8. Click Save.
     

Set up from a Device

  1. Dial *75 from the user's phone.
     
  2. After the stutter dial tone, enter the speed dial number followed by the phone number to program in. For example, to program 05 to be the speed dial to our support line, we would enter 058002857995.
     
  3. Wait for confirmation.
