Pre-Alerting Announcement

Pre-Alerting Announcement is used to play a message before a user's line begins to ring. This is often used to notify of call recording.

This feature only works if the user is dialed directly and will not play for calls coming through a call group or call center.

This feature requires an enterprise or ultimate license to use.
