HIPAA Account Information
For HIPAA customers who use an email service that supports encrypted email, the email will come as a standard email with an attached .wav file. The file can be downloaded and listened to.
If your system does NOT support encryption, the email will instead have a link to the Paubox Secure Message Center. The link will only be available to the recipient. Clicking on the link will take the user to the Secure Message Center, where they can access the attachment.
