Voicemail Notification

Setup
Voicemail to email can be configured by both Administrators and Users. Administrators can configure for both users and call groups. A user can adjust their own settings.
Configure as Administrator
Users
- Log in to the voice portal as an administrator
- Hover over Users at the top of the dashboard and click on Manage Users.
- Click on the user to configure.
- Scroll down to Voicemail and Notification and click on it to expand the section.
- Click on Voicemail
- Check the box Alert Me Of Voicemail and enter an email address to send it to.
- Click Save.
Call Groups
- Log into the voice portal as an administrator
- Hover over Advanced Routing at the top of the dashboard and click on Call Groups.
- Select a location from the dropdown menu
- Click on the call group to edit.
- Scroll down to Voicemail and Notification and click on it to expand the section.
- Click on Voicemail
- Check the box Alert Me Of Voicemail and enter an email address to send it to.
- Click Save.
Configure as a User
- Log in to the voice portal with your user credentials
- From the main log-in page, click Features at the top of the page.
- Click the Voicemail and Notification section to expand it.
- Click the Voicemail option to expand this section.
- Check the box Alert Me Of Voicemail and enter an email address to send a notification of a new voicemail to that email.
- Click Save.
