Voicemail Notification

Voicemail notification sends an email alerting that a new message has been left in a mailbox.  Unlike Voicemail to Email, this feature does NOT include an audio file of the message.

Setup

Voicemail to email can be configured for users or teams:

• Team Voice Settings
   

Users

1. Log in to the voice portal as an administrator
    
2. Navigate to Users, hover over the user in question, click the vertical ellipses, and select Voice Settings.
    
3. Select Voicemail on the left.
    
4. Check the box next to Alert for a new voicemail and enter an email address.
   
   
   
    
5. Click Save.

Team Voice Settings

1. Log in to the voice portal as an administrator
    
2. Navigate to Teams.
    
3. Hover over the team to edit, click the vertical ellipses, and select Voice Settings.
    
4. Click on Voicemail on the left.
    
5. Check the box for Alert for a new voicemail and enter an email address.
   
   
   
    
6. Click Save.
