Resend Welcome Email

Every new user created should receive a Welcome to Nextiva email once the user is created.  Occasionally, this email gets overlooked or accidentally deleted.  An administrator can re-send this email through the admin portal.

1. Log in to the NextOS voice portal as an administrator.
   
   
2. Click Users on the left-hand side of the page.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the user(s) that need the welcome email by checking the box to the left of the user(s).
   
   
   
   
4. Click the Email invite option at the top of the user list.
   
   
   
   
5. A new welcome email will be sent out to the selected user(s).
