Update E911 Address

The E911 address is used by emergency services to locate you when 911 is dialed.
Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in:

Update E911 Address

1. Log in as an administrator to the account
    
2. From the main platform page click Company & Locations on the left-hand side.
    
3. Click the Locations tab.
    
4. Hover over the location to update, click the vertical ellipses on the right-hand side, and click Edit Location.
   
   
    
5. In the address field, start typing the correct address.
   
   
    
6. Select the correct address when it appears in the results to populate the City, State, and Zip code.
   
   
    
7. Click Save.
