Change a User's Extension or Phone Number

Choose the image that looks most like your screen once logged in:

Change Phone Number or Extension

1. Log in to the portal as an administrator.
    
2. From the main page, click on Users.
    
3. Hover over the user for whom you are changing the extension, click the vertical ellipses, and then click Voice Settings.
   
   
    
4. The default landing page for users is the Phone number page.  Set a new Extension on this page and choose a phone number.  To remove an assigned number from a user, click the x icon in the phone number field.

5. Click Save.
